2. What we collect

• The email address you submit to the Sensei One waitlist form.
• Any email you choose to send us, and its contents.

We collect nothing else through this website: no account data, no analytics profiles, no behavioural tracking.

3. Why we collect it (purpose)

To contact you about Sensei One early access and product updates, and to reply to messages you send us.

4. Legal basis

Your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), given when you submit the waitlist form or write to us. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us — withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.

5. How long we keep it (retention)

We keep your email address until product launch communications end, or until you ask us to remove it — whichever comes first.

6. Who receives it (recipients and processors)

This site is hosted on Vercel; form submissions may be processed via our infrastructure providers. We do not sell your data and we do not use advertising trackers.

7. Cookies

This site does not use cookies or tracking technologies.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, and erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email info@swimsensei.ai.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian supervisory authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (gpdp.it).
